Social Media
Calendars, community and paid, run together
Channel strategy, a monthly calendar you approve in one go, replies handled in working hours, and paid running on top of what already performs.
What you get
Measured against sales, not likes
We agree in the first month what the channels are for. Then the calendar, the community work and the paid layer all point at that, and the monthly report answers it directly.
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Snapchat
A monthly calendar approved in a single pass
Community replies within working hours
Paid layered onto the posts that already work
What is included
What a month looks like
One approval
A full month of posts written, designed and scheduled, sent to you in a single review.
Daily running
Scheduling, publishing, stories and the reactive posts a calendar cannot predict.
Community
Comments and messages answered in working hours, escalated to you when they need to be.
How we run it
Four stages, no mystery in between
Strategy
Which channels earn their place, what each is for and the metric we judge them on.
Calendar
A month built and approved in one sitting, so you are not reviewing posts daily.
Run
Publishing, community management and the paid layer on the posts that perform.
Report
One monthly call against the agreed metric, with next month adjusted from it.
Who this suits
Brands posting consistently with nothing to show for it
Teams filling a calendar because the channel exists. Businesses whose comments go unanswered for days. Companies boosting posts with no view of what the spend returned.
Common questions
What clients ask before starting
Do you need us to supply photography?
No. Media production is one of our services and most retainers include a shoot day. If you have assets already we will audit them first.
Who replies to comments?
Our community manager, inside working hours, using an agreed response guide. Anything sensitive is escalated to you rather than answered.
Can you run the paid budget too?
Yes, from your own ad accounts. We report spend, cost per result and what we changed, in the same monthly sheet.
Channels not earning their keep?
Send us your handles. We will tell you what is working, what to stop, and what we would run instead.
